Zita Marie Coffey

Zita Marie Coffey (née Zdobylak), born on November 3, 1936, in Warsaw, Poland, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026. She lived a full and devoted life marked by her unwavering dedication to her family and her compassionate nature.

Zita was known for her remarkable work ethic and her generous spirit. Throughout her life, she was a very hard worker who approached every task with determination and care. Her love extended beyond her household, as she had a deep affection for animals and was always kind-hearted toward those in need. Her family was the cornerstone of her existence, and she cherished every moment spent with her son and her beloved grandchildren.

A woman with diverse interests, Zita found joy in watching soap operas and engaging with digital games and eating her Tootsie Rolls which were her favorite, pastimes that offered her relaxation and entertainment. These hobbies reflected her vibrant personality and her willingness to embrace both the familiar and the modern.

Zita’s journey was marked by personal loss, having been preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters, and brother. Despite these hardships, she remained a pillar of strength and love for those around her.

She is survived by her children and step - children and their spouses, grandchildren and their spouses, great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family members who were blessed by her presence and guidance. To her family and friends, Zita was more than a relative; she was a steadfast source of inspiration and unconditional love.

Her peaceful passing marks the end of a remarkable life devoted to family, community, and kindness. Zita Marie Coffey’s legacy of hard work, care, and affection will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.
