Zerene Kay (Snardon) Stringer, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020. She was employed at Dynacraft, a Paccar Manufacturer in Louisville. Kay was a member of Burnett Avenue Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
She was born on April 22, 1953, in Louisville, Kentucky, to James Lawrence (Mary) Snardon and Sarah Mae Pope. Kay was preceded in death by her brother, Eric Pope; granddaughter, India Birts; and stepfather, Eugene Pope.
In addition to her parents, Kay is survived by her daughters, Tanitra Snardon (Kenneth Andrews) and Trinise Starks (Robert); grandchildren, Aaron, Rasian and Deserea Snardon and Robin Starks Buck; great-grandchildren, Lyrik, Ayonia, and Aaris Snardon, and Keasia, James IV, Jameson, and Jaxson Buck; siblings, China, Sheila, Alicia, and David (Alicia) Snardon, Deborah Shannon (George), and Cassandra Snardon-Harrison; and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday January 9, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN 47150) with her memorial service taking place at 3:00 p.m. Cremation will follow according to Kay's wishes.
