Yudelkis es sobrevivida por su amado esposo, Fernando; niños, Rolando Rayos y Elijah Vargas; su madre, Martha Obregon; padrastro, Daniel Avila; hermanas, Harachel Mendoza y Priscilla Mendoza; hermanos, Alfredo Mendoza y Mauricio Avila; sobrinas, Hailey Ramon y Doanys Garcia; sobrinos, Joel Ramon, Jorel Ramon; y una gran cantidad de parientes y amigos.
Una celebración de la vida de Yudelkis será a las 2:00 pm del domingo 19 de agosto de 2018 en Cremas, funerales y recepciones para recién llegados, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive en Middletown. La visita seguirá después del servicio hasta las 6 p.m.

Yudelkis Walquira Mendoza, age 29 of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. She was preceded in death by her father, Nerio Mendoza and her brother, Nerio Jose Mendoza.
Yudelkis is survived by her loving husband, Fernando; children, Rolando Rayos and Elijah Vargas; her mother, Martha Obregon; step-father, Daniel Avila; sisters, Harachel Mendoza and Priscilla Mendoza; brothers, Alfredo Mendoza and Mauricio Avila; nieces, Hailey Ramon and Doanys Garcia; nephews, Joel Ramon, Jorel Ramon; and a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of Yudelkis life will be 2pm on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown. Visitation will follow after service until 6pm.
