Yolanda Jean Beals

Yolanda Jean Beals, 59, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021. Yolanda was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She was family oriented and loved with all her heart and helped anyone she could. She was a single mother of three and loved them with everything she had. She worked several places but the job she loved was house keeping, she had to leave that job due to her health. She survived several health issues because her faith was strong. She was a miracle put here to make us all believe in God. We called her Yolanda Ima Survivor Beals.Everyone knew her as a little ball of fire with a great big spirit. Through all her health issues she never gave up. Yolanda will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor and pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on August 14, 1962 in Louisville, Kentucky to Ollie and Shirley (Mitchell) Beals. She is preceded in death by her Father, Ollie Beals, Mother, Shirley Jean Beals, Grandson, LaQuan Beals, and Brother, Kevin Beals.

Yolanda is survived by her loving family, Daughters, Natosha Beals and Yashida Beals; Son, Kenan Beals; Grandchildren, LaJuan, LaShawn, and LaYonna Beals, Lovelle, Christian, Christopher Jr., and Precious Gibbs; siblings, Janet Cecil-Conn, David Cecil, Edward Cecil, and Danita Beals as well as a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
