Wynnona Catherine (Hedrick) Lee

Wynnona Catherine (Hedrick) Lee, 74, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2019. She was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and enjoyed collecting teapots, bobble heads and playing BINGO. Wynnona was known for her delicious Christmas candy and fudge. She was a kind hearted person that loved her family dearly.

She was born on May 19, 1944 in Borden, Indiana to the late Charles and Stella (Curtis) Hedrick. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ted Lee; daughter, Latricia Broady; step-daughter, Terie Hurst; and brothers, Aubrey, Kenneth, Morris "Pewee", Larry, and Bethel Hedrick.

Wynnona is survived by her sons, Donald Broady (Leigh Ann), Tony Hedrick (Debbie); sister, Linda Decker (Wesley); sisters-in-law, Edna and Etta Hedrick; grandson, Zachary Hedrick; granddaughters, Jennifer Pritchard (Andy), Tara Carson; great-grandsons, Nazeer, Ryan, Ian, Carson, Asher; step-children, Lena Payton, Teddy Lee, James Lee (Melanie); as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Wednesday after 9:00 a.m. Her Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 am on Wednesday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Miller Cemetery in Borden, Indiana.
