Winona Isabelle (Elliott) Little

Winona Isabelle (Elliott) Little, 87, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on December 7, 2017. She was a self-employed restaurateur for many years and loved to cook and bake. She also enjoyed art and was an avid painter.

Winona was born on March 12, 1930, in Lawrenceville, Illinois, to the late Charles and Mildred (Martin) Elliott. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and her brothers, Charles and Lewis Elliott.

Winona is survived by her children, Linda Peek (Albert) and Kimberly Otey (Richard); grandchildren, Tracy Brumfield (Arthur), Scott Peek, Jeremy Otey (Rebecca), and Renee Dudley (John); brothers, William Elliott, James Elliott, Garry Elliott, and James Molt; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 11, 2017, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Graveside Service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Lake Prairie Cemetery with burial to follow.
