Wilton Lee Lamb

August 11, 1940 — April 3, 2015

Wilton Lamb, 74, of Vine Grove, KY, formerly of Galena, IN, went to be with the Lord Friday, April 3, 2015 at his residence with his family by his side. His memberships include: Red Hill Baptist Church, a lifetime member of Carpenters Local Union 64, Louisville, KY, and the Good Sam Camping Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert & Margaret Lamb.

Wilton is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Karen Lamb of Vine Grove, KY; daughters, Cathy Braun & her husband, Carl of Charleston, IN. Tami McRae & her husband, Steve of Underwood, IN; stepchildren; Charles L. "Chuck" Polston, Jr., of Vine Grove, KY, Tracy Eck & her husband, Mike of Elizabethtown, KY, Shelly Rains & her husband, Rodney of Vine Grove, KY; 13 Grandchildren, Brittany, Josh, Justin, Matt, Chelsea, Maegan, Cara, Brooke, Chris B., Taylor "Bo", Chris P., Cody, Gracie; 10 Great Grandchildren; 1 brother, Gene Lamb, of Floyd Knobs, IN; a beloved dog, "Baby"; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation is from 2 PM to 8 PM Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN). His funeral will be held at 11AM Thursday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Greenville Cemetery in Greenville, IN.
