Wilma Blakley, 72, passed away on August 6, 2022. She loved playing BINGO and enjoyed having her annual Derby party. Wilma's grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant the world to her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Billy" Blakley, Sr.; son, William Blakley, Jr.; father, George Meier; mother, Dolly Richardson; sisters, Elizabeth Seaman and Pam Benham and brother-in-law, Gene Miller.
Wilma leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Kathy (Wayne) Schweinhart, Paula (Joe), Angela (Andy) and David Blakley; grandchildren; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Rita (Cecil) Byers and Lauretta Miller; brother, Kenneth Meier and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 14, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 12pm-4pm.
