He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and
a WW II US Navy Veteran.
He is survived by his sons, Willis Stout Jr. and
Glen Bailes; a daughter, Anna Hoback; grandchildren,
Clayton, Graham and Angie :and 4 great grandchildren.
Service 12:30 PM Monday at Newcomer Funeral Home
235 Juneau Drive with burial in New Albany National
Cemetery. Visitation after 10:00 AM Monday
