William "Bill" Tatter 95, returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, April 19, 2020. He died peacefully at home, which was his wish.
He leaves, to cherish his memory, his devoted wife of 66 years, Elaine, and his children, Deborah Guiette, David Tatter and Karen Ross; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
