William Ray "Billy" Carnes, 31, of Louisville passed away October 13, 2014.
Billy was born in Louisville on March 1, 1983 to Gary Carnes and Marjorie Shaw.
Survivors include his parents, Gary and Marjorie; daughter, Tessa Marie Cook; grandparents, aunts, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 2:00pm Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy) with memorial service immediately following at 2:00pm.
