William Joseph "B.J." Lord, 40, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2019. B.J. raced Figure 8 at Louisville Motor Speedway and Sportsdrome Speedway.
He was born on February 3, 1979 in Louisville, Kentucky to Joseph and Joyce Lord. He is preceded in death by his Parents.
B.J. is survived by his loving Spouse, Mistie G. Lord, Son, Robert J. Lord, Daughter, Savannah S. Lord, Brother, Joe Lord, Jr., and Sister, Debbie Bolton.
A gathering for B.J.'s family and friends will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A celebration of his life will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.
