William L. "Billy" Lipginski, 68, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020. Billy will was a practical joker who enjoyed playing cards. He will be remembered by friends and family for his sense of humor.
He was born on March 13, 1952, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Albert and Norma (Bowen) Lipginski. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Christine Spencer.
Billy is survived by his loving children, Lisa, Angela, and Jason; sisters, Rita (Roger) Luther and Vivian (Larry) Staggers; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Abundant Life Memorial Gardens in New Albany.
