William Edward Kerr

September 11, 1941 — February 10, 2021

William "Eddy" Edward Kerr, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. Eddy enjoyed traveling to Florida and going to the beach. He was a Corvette enthusiasts and had been collecting Corvettes for many years, and going to car shows over the years. Eddy was a family man who loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was born on August 11, 1941 in Irvington, Kentucky to Edward and Nell (Heinngier) Kerr. He is preceded in death by his Parents, and Grandson, Ryan Vowell.

Eddy is survived by his loving Wife of 50 years Sherry Kerr, Daughters, Vickie (Doug) Phillips, and Tammy Branham, Son, Jason Kerr (Kenzie Miles), Grandchildren, Dylan Kerr, Jason Kerr, Jr., Ahmya Kerr, and Paxton Kerr, Great-Grandson, Sawyer Caneer. Eddy also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Friends and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).
