William "Bill" Defler, 86, of Louisville passed away on March 14, 2015.
Bill was born on November 3, 1928. He was a proud Army veteran who served during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred and brother, Paul Rudolph.
Survivors include his sons Steve Defler (Connie), Dan Defler (Melinda), and Darrell Defler; sisters, Oretha Haughton and Barbara Smith; sister-in-law, Claudette Rudolph; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private service is being held at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel with burial following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
