William "Billy" Lee Decker, 70, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021.
He was born on April 24, 1951 in Louisville, KY to the late William Decker and Louise (Leffew) Vaughn. He is also preceded in death by his sister Mary Sammons.
Billy's hobbies were hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
Billy is survived by his son Kirk Decker (Michelle), seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, sisters Brenda Decker, Lolita Bell, Judy Johnson, brothers Lawrence "Booger" Vaughn, Jr., Bruce "BooBoo" Wayne Vaughn (Debbie), Robert "Bobby" Edward Vaughn and a host of nieces and nephews.
