William "Billy" H. Visser

William "Billy" Harlan Visser, age 61 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025.  Billy graduated from Jeffersontown High School and was employed with the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center.  He was a member of Farmdale Church of the Nazarene.  Billy was an avid UK fan and loved good food (paper plates met their match) and fishing.  He loved his family very much.   

Billy was preceded in death by his father, George C. Visser; and sister-in-law, Katie Visser.

Billy is survived by his loving mother, Carolyn Visser; sisters, Barbara Laws (Landon), Loretta Koch (Steve) and Debbie Rembowski (Chuck); brother, Steven Visser; nieces and nephews, Travis Laws, Tim Rembowski (Sondra), Cory Koch (Morgan), Clara Koch, Joshua Thompson (Serina), Alexis and Nally Visser; great-nieces and nephews, Oliver Laws, Reese, Maeve and TJ Rembowski, Lydia and Layton Thompson; close friend, Melissa Logan; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be 4pm to 8pm on Monday, January 5, 2026 and from 9:30am to 11am on Tuesday, January 6th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243.    A celebration of Billy's life will be at 11 am Tuesday, January 6th at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Valley Cemetery, Taylorsville, Kentucky.
