Throughout his years, Bill cultivated a life filled with integrity, warmth, and dedication to his loved ones and his career as a business owner. His steady presence was a cornerstone for his family and his unwavering support enriched many lives.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Sylvia Ann Galligan, whose steadfast partnership and love shaped a beautiful journey together. Together they raised three children: Edward William Galligan, Douglas Allen (LeeAnn) Galligan, and Anna Louise (Lane) Judd. He now joins dearly missed family members, including his parents, Urban and Louise Galligan, and his brother, Patrick Galligan, whose memories live on in the hearts of those who mourn his passing.

Bill’s life was defined not solely through the milestones recorded, but through everyday acts of compassion and commitment to others. His memory will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him and the generations that follow.

His family honors his remarkable life and the many ways he helped shape those around him.

Bill’s presence will be sorely missed, but his legacy is everlasting.

It was Bill's wishes to be cremated with a private celebration of life at a later date.
