William Barbee Owen

William Barbee "Billy" Owen, Jr., passed away peacefully in his sleep, at home in Middletown on January 30, 2015. He was 89. Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Bette Reneer Owen, the love of his life. Married 64 years, Bette and Billy live life to the fullest at both work and play, and traveling America. He will be laid to rest beside Bette in the Middletown Cemetery. At his request, there will be no service. Billy will long be remembered for his generosity, kindness and sense of humor. Farewell, our good friend.
