Wes Peterson, 37, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on October 4, 2018.
Wes was born on December 8, 1980 in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
He loved playing the drums, enjoyed the outdoors and he was an avid U of L fan.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Betty Floyd.
Wes is survived by his father, Rick Peterson and step-mother, Cheryl Peterson; mother, Teresa Floyd; grandmother, Julia Kessinger; siblings, Bentley "Tommy" Moore, Jenna Peterson, James Tyler Peterson; nephews, Noah Moore and Abel Moore.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243), with a service to honor the life of Wes to follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
In loving memory of Wes, memorial contributions may be made to Kosair Children's Hospital.
