Wayne Franklin Beavin, 63, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020. Wayne spent most of his life as a truck driver and was a car enthusiast who absolutely loved '55 Chevys.

He was born on February 3, 1957, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Franklin and Wilhelmina (Andres) Beavin. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Marvin and Gary Beavin.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Pat Beavin; sons, Joe (Julie) Shelton, James (Sandy) Shelton, and Jeremy (Alissa) Beavin; sister, Janice Schladant; brother, Leo (Phyllis) Beavin; sister, Ruth (Bill) Lynch; sister, Marie Smith; sister, Verla Beavin; sister, Nancy (Charlie) Meiners; brother, Carl (Donna) Beavin; and grandchild, Camaron Beavin.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Memorial Service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen following Wayne's wishes.
