Warren Trimble Winchester, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016. After retiring as a dental technician, Warren was an employee of the Kentucky State Fair Board. He was an avid UK fan and family genealogy researcher. He enjoyed spending time with his family, canoeing, kayaking, and camping. Warren will be forever remembered as a loving Daddy and Papa. He was born on April 8, 1942, in Science Hill, Kentucky, to the late L.C. and Myrtie (Purcell) Winchester. Warren is preceded in death by his siblings, Emily Furnish, Ann Hardin, Buford Winchester, Margaret Winchester, and Leonard Winchester.
Warren is survived by his daughters, Laura Clark and Cynthia and Rick Howard; his sister, Jane and Scott Carr; brother, Roy and Zelma Winchester; grandchildren, Victoria Parker, Skyler Woods, Megan Howard, and Jackson Howard. Many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins who he loved survive him. He is also survived by his little dog, Chloe.
Visitation will be from 2-4PM Sunday, May 15, 2016 with a memorial service at 4PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown.
