Wanda Mae Devers , 66, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2019. Wanda loved her family and was very devoted to her church family and Lord. She served as the church secretary at South Jefferson Christian Church for over 32 years. Wanda enjoyed her arts and crafts and playing Bingo with her friends and family.
She was born on March 29, 1953 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late William Harriman and Oleda Hale.
Wanda is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Donald R. "Donnie" Devers; daughter, Angela J. (Stephen) Ridge; grandson, Matthew T. (Samantha) Acree; grandson, Michael A. Ridge.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 4:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
The family requests that contributions in Wanda's memory be made to South Jefferson Christian Church.
