Walter Regis

Walter Gerald Regis, 86, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025.

He was born on March 8, 1939 in Tiltonsville, Ohio to the late Marin and Alice (VanBeneden) Regis. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Louise (Hebel) Regis, daughter, Kelly Lee McKinley, and brother, Marin Regis.

Walter is survived by his loving children, Carla Rhea Allen (David), Jackie Ruth Fullwood (Mark), Toni Eileen Richards, David Regis, Michelle Regis, son-in-law, Terry McKinley, eleven grandchildren, Michelle Whitaker, Tonya Trundy, Nadine Placke, Erin Perry, Joe McKinley, Michael McKinley, Sarah Goodwin, Ben Fullwood, John Fullwood, Blake Langdon, Katherine Regis, sixteen great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Shirley Salvatori and Joyce DeVito.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 pm on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243).
