Wade David Hockersmith

Wade David Hockersmith, 21, of New Salisbury, Indiana, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021. He was born on April 25, 2000 in Louisville, Kentucky. Wade enjoyed the outdoors, especially when it involved fishing. He had a love for street racing and found joy in the thrill of high speeds.

Wade is survived by his mother, Melissa Tuell Hockersmith; father, Howard (Vickie Crecelius) Hockersmith; sister, Rachel Hockersmith; sister, Sara (Logan Bockting) Hockersmith; grandmother, Janice Stevens; grandmother, Cheryl Hockersmith; his girlfriend, Lauren Williams and her son, Kollin Bush.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Cremation will follow in accordance to Wade's wishes.
