Vo Tan Ngoc, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 5, 2015. He retired from Oracle Elevators. SI QUAN CO KHI HANG HAI. Ngoc was a handy man and loved to build and design things. He was very loveable and a friend to all.
Ngoc was born on August 20, 1946, Vietnam, to the late Vo Dac and Pham Xinh.
Ngoc is survived by his wife, Vu Thi Thuan; daughter, Jessica Tran Vo; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville). His Funeral Ceremony will be held Monday at 9:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Louisville.
