Virginia Stone

Virginia "Ginny" Stone, 87, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020. Virginia was a proud member of Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, and spending time on her front porch being with her friends and neighbors. Ginny retired from Bellarmine University Cafeteria after over 20 years of service. Ginny loved to be entertained, and she enjoyed her music "The old R&B and Gospel songs" and dancing

She was born on March 31, 1932 in Upton , Kentucky to John and Pearl French. She is preceded in death by her, Husband, Herbert Stone, Parents, Son, Andrew Masden, Daughter, Virginia Cain, Grandchildren, Rayshawn Jewell, and Nawab Evans.

Virginia is survived by her loving Daughters, Margaret Evans, and Marylane Masden, Sons, George Masden, and Charles Masden, Grandchildren, Thomas Evans, Jr., Latisha Evans, Antranete (Alex) Compton, Michael Cain, Dennis Cain, and De'Andre Wright, Sr. Ginny also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Great-Grandchildren, Cousins, Friends, Church Family, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church, (2600 Virginia Avenue). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church with burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
