Virginia Rose Riley
February 22, 1926 — February 5, 2020
Virginia Rose Riley, age 93 of Louisville, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. She was born on February 22, 1926 to the late Andrew and Mary Cecil in Bardstown, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo L. Riley and her son, David L. Riley.
Virginia is survived by her sister, Lettie Leyh; her loving children, Mike (Debbie), Barbara (Cliff), Laurie (Darrell) and Kevin (Angie); grandchildren, Jordan, Matthew, Cheyenne, Jacob, Maggie and Cooper; great-grandchild, Noah; niece, Mary Greve; and a host of relatives and friends.
A gathering to celebrate Virginia's life will be 3 to 6 pm on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky (in Middletown).
