Virginia Twyman Otte

Virginia Twyman Otte, 91, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Virginia enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved to read and do ceramics. Virginia was a member of Saint Lawrence Catholic Church. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She was born on September 1, 1930 in Louisville, Kentucky to Arnold and Elizabeth (Cochran) Twyman. She is preceded in death by her Husband, John Otte, Parents, and Sister, Mona Sandefur.

Virginia is survived by her Sons, Alex (Sandi) Otte, and Mark (Karen) Otte, Daughter, Kim (David) Harman, Grandchildren, Amy Otte, Paige (Whitney) Dutton, Lauren (Jacob) Minzenberger, Eric Otte, and Anthony (Nicole) Harman, Great-Grandchildren, Emery Dutton, Alexandra Dutton, Nolan Minzenberger, Nora Minzenberger, Ava Harman, and Silas Harman, Brother, Wendell (Margaret) Twyman.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, January 14, 2022 at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (1925 Lewiston Drive, Louisville). A Celebration of Life will immediately follow in the St Lawrence Community Center. The Inurnment will be at Calvary Cemetery.

The family requests that contributions in Virginia's memory be made to Hildegard House or Hosparus Health.
