Virginia Ruth Martin

Virginia Ruth Martin, 94, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

She was born on July 31, 1931 in Woodbury, Kentucky to John and Alma (Unknown) Martin. She is preceded in death by her Father, John L. Martin, Mother, Alma Martin, Siblings, Warren Martin, Christine Martin, Myral M Vogeding, and J.L. Martin.

Virginia is survived by her loving nephew, Marty (Roxaine) Hill, niece, Jennifer (Randy) Holland, as well as a host of great-nieces & nephews to cherish her loving memory forever.

Her Graveside Service will be at 1:00 pm CST on Saturday, at Hill Haven Cemetery.

The family requests that contributions in Virginia’s memory be made to Louisville Humane Society.
