Virginia Hawkins, 98, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 8, 1918 to the late William and Carrie Rennirt. She was retired from Brown and Williamson
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Hawkins; two sons, William Albright and Thomas Albright; and a daughter, Bonnie Heun.
Virginia is survived by her daughter, Delma Taylor; ten grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
A service to celebrate her life will be conducted Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. till service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
