Violet Mae (Durham) Price, 81, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2020.
She was born on August 15, 1938, in Taylor County, Kentucky, to the late Walter and Dora Loyall Durham. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Daryl Price; three brothers; one sister; and her aunt who raised her, Mary Katherine Durham.
Violet is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Lee Roy Price; son, Terry (Cheri) Price; daughter, Kayte (Don) Hubbard; daughter, Cheryl (Michael) Lamm; grandchildren, Tony Cecil, Kris (Mandy) Cecil, Michael Lamm, Jr., and Justin (Angela) Lamm; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). Her Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Cemetery in Summersville, Kentucky.
