Victor Joseph Fess. (Joe) age 59, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 13, 2018 surrounded by his loved ones. Victor (Joe) was currently employed at White's Carpet Contractors. He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Joan Fess; Grandparents and Stepdaughter.
Joe is survived by his life partner of 15 years Kimberly Long; sons, Jesse Long-Fess, Victor J Fess Jr. and Jeffery L Fess; sisters, Lou Ann Fess-Neely (Roger), Vonnie Sheets (Mark) and Cynthia Guennoui.
He has many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 6 pm Saturday, September 22, 2018, at St. Martha Catholic Church, 2825 Klondike Lane, Louisville, KY 40218 with Deacon John Maher officiating. Friends are invited to share with the family.
