Vicky’s character and impact:

Vicky ascended into the high heavens on August 15, 2026, into the loving arms of her father, mother and sisters.

Vicky was an outstanding conversationalist who would talk for hours about almost anything. She was an astonishing woman who enjoyed spending time with family and friends, dancing and having good fun. She adored her family and friends, as they did her. To truly know Vicky was to love, Vicky. She made a major impact on everyone who was blessed enough to be in her circle.

Her cherished family:

Vicky was an amazing mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin who loved and cherished her family, and is loved honored and respected by her daughter NiEsha Wales, and baby boy Reggie Watts, also her 8 grandkids Lamonte Watts, Diamond Watts, Devin Watts, Lataysia Watts, Kayla Plunkett, Royce Watts, Quiniece Watts, Qunicy Watts, her 12 great-grandkids, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Service Information:

Visitation will be on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1368 S. 28th Street, Louisville, KY 40211, from 12pm-2pm with a celebration of Vicky's life beginning at 2pm.

Enduring Memory:

Vicky will be forever loved, greatly missed, and live on in the hearts and minds of her loved ones.
