Vickie Lynn McQueary, age 62, of Louisville, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016. Vickie was a member of the Jeff Street Baptist Community at Liberty Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bethel and Leo McQueary, Sr.; her infant daughter, Sharon; and her brother, Leo McQueary, Jr.
Vickie is survived by her sister and brother, Donna MacNeal (Bill) and Darryl McQueary (Robin); nieces and nephews, Kristie McQueary, Keith McQueary, Bradley McQueary, Brandon McQueary and Zachary McQueary, Brian MacNeal, Christopher MacNeal and Suzan McQueary; many great-nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Golden Living for their excellent care and friendship.
Visitation will be 3-8pm Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive. Funeral ceremony will be 11am Friday, April 22nd at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery.
