Vicie Lee (Henson) Rudolph, 78, of Corydon, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019. She loved being a mother, raising her children and granddaughter, Piper. Vicie liked going to yard sales and canning vegetables. She also enjoyed going down home to visit her family in Kentucky, and Vicie was also an avid UK fan.
She was born on August 7, 1941, in Lexington, Kentucky, to the late Frank and Viola (Arnold) Henson. Vicie was also preceded in death by her husband, Arvile Rudolph; daughter, Belinda Stout; granddaughter, Angelica Spicer; and siblings, Robert Henson, Jenny Hall, and Gary Henson.
Vicie is survived by her children, Tracie Shireman (Gary), Tonya Edwards (Mark), Kennith Rudolph (Mary), Kim Spicer, Donna Jarboe (Johnny), and Sandi Rudolph; siblings, Betty Jean Adams, Johnny Henson, Dee Henson (Janie), Ola Wells, and Sunday Hughes (Mike); 15 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Friday after 10:00 a.m. Her funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Horner's Chapel Cemetery.
