Ursula Margarete Wood, 59, passed away on August 17, 2016, in Louisville KY.
Ursula was born on March 1, 1957 to Frieda and Reinhold Viehl in Bad Kreuznach, Germany. She met and married the love of her life and moved to the United States, later becoming a US citizen.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kurt Viehl. Left behind to remember Ursula are her 3 children, Markus Viehl, Jessica (Chris) Leary, and Melissa Ruelas; her grandchildren Dylan, Jordan, Katelynn, Heavenly, Brantly, Ava and Sullivan; and brother Herbert (Leisl) Viehl.
Ursula's 7 grandchildren were the light of her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and watching Judge Judy.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 20th at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel. Visitation will be held from 1-4 with a Memorial Service beginning at 4pm.
