He leaves to cherish parents Terri Smith & Ura Douglas IV; 5 siblings; 1 nephew; a fiancé and 2 sons . A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, the late beloved grandmother Elizabeth Smith, & 4 Surviving grandparents and 2 male figures .
Visitation will be at Greater First Timothy Church, 1520 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40210, from 11am-12pm with a celebration of Ura's life beginning at 12pm.
