And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying; neither shall there be any more pain. For the former things are passed away. - Rev. 21:4

January 24, 2017, the Lord called our beloved Tyrone to be at rest. Tyrone P. Rowan was born to the late Jerome C. Rowan and wife, Lillian on September 10, 1964.

He is survived by his mother, Lillian Foster (James); sisters, Kim Smith and Michele Patterson; a brother Jermon Rowan (LaTonia); children, Tyrone Rowan Jr., Tia Braxton, Brittany Douglas, Ramona Douglas and Jasmine Rowan; numerous grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be conducted at Noon on Saturday January 28, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Mill Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11-12 on Saturday at the funeral home.
