Tyman Rhea Salmon

Tyman Rhea Salmon, a beloved son and cherished friend, was born on October 25, 1987, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Tyman's journey came to a premature halt on March 24, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky, a place where he made many unforgettable memories.

Throughout his life, Tyman was a very special young man loved by many. He was known for his compassionate spirit and his unwavering affection for animals. His kindness left a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to cross his path. Tyman embodied joy and warmth, often bringing laughter and comfort to family and friends alike. He was his mother, Cuba L. Johnson’s angel, a title he wore proudly as he filled her life with love and support.

Tyman dedicated his career to working for UPS, where he not only exemplified hard work but also built meaningful connections with his colleagues. His commitment and friendly demeanor made him a standout member of his team.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion that will continue to inspire those who remember him. Tyman reunited with his father, Richard L. Salmon, and his beloved maternal and paternal grandparents in eternal rest.

A memorial gathering will take place on May 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville, located at 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272. Following this, a memorial service will commence at 12:00 PM.
