Tyler was born on September 15, 1990, Louisville, Kentucky to Gary Dean and Kellie (Williams) Dowell.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville). His Funeral Ceremony will be held Saturday at 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Louisville.
