Survivors include his son, Shad Sivori; brother, Terry Sivori; sister, Belinda Gonterman; grandparents, John and Eugenia Vaughn; three grandchildren, Shad Sivori Jr., Hunter Sivori, and Chase Sivori; and many loving family members.
