Travis Carter

Travis Carter, 49, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020. Travis enjoyed the outdoors, and loved to fish and hunt. He was jovial human with a good joke and kind heart, who never met a stranger. Travis enjoyed riding his motorcyle, and the fun runs around town. He was a prankster in nature, and loved to torment his friends and family.

He was born on March 16, 1970 in Louisville, Kentucky to Tim Carter and Donna (Cassidy) Highland. He is preceded in death by his, Step-Father Larry Highland, and Grandparents.

Travis is survived by his loving Wife of 20 years, Colleen "Juanita" Carter, Daughters, Nichole Carter, and Candice Tempel (John Garren), Mother, Donna Highland, Father, Tim (Donna) Carter, Brothers, Troy (Jessica) Carter, Nathan (Katie) Carter, Sister, Heather (Chris) McCormick, and Grandson, Ethan Garren. Travis also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, and Friends.

A Gathering will be from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway).
