Tony Francis Lewis, 77, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021. He was a retired auto body mechanic.
He was born on July 14, 1943, in Scottsburg, Indiana, to the late Floyd and Juanita (Swango) Lewis. In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his wife, Judith (Koch) Lewis; son, David Long; and sister, Nancy Pullen.
Tony is survived by his sons, Tony Lewis (Dawn) and Alan Long (Holly); daughter, Toni Longest; daughter-in-law, Dawn Long; grandchildren, William Longest, Amber Vest (Ryan), Mark Lewis, Graham Lewis, Jayce Beavin, Alex Long, Amanda Long, Brenden Long, and Carman Andres; and great-grandchildren, Cayden, Caleb, Adrian, Elliot, Madelyn, and Zane.
Cremation was chosen following Tony's wishes, and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with his care. Contributions in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105).
