Tommy Smith, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.
He was born on October 6, 1940 in Greyson County, Kentucky to Lewie and Ruby (Wilson) Smith. He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, WC Smith & Harold Smith.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Shirley Gray, daughter, Tonya (Roger) Forster, grandson, Gram Johnson, brother, Coy Smith, sister, Susie (Tom) Clifford, brother, Mike (Helen) Smith, sister, Betty Jo Metsinger, sister, Lillian Smith, brother, Sanford Smith, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, February 28, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Palmyra Cemetery in Palmyra, Indiana.
