Thomas "Tom" Lee Kelly, 61, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024.
He was born on November 25, 1962 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Robert Kelly and Charlotte (Taylor) Fitch.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Barbara Ann (Hillebrandt) Kelly; two four legged children, Katie & Sophie; brothers, James Kelly (Melinda), Dale Drane; sister-in-laws, Sherry Hillebrandt (Jeff), Mary Hillebrandt; brother-in-laws, Frank Hillebrandt, Robert Hillebrandt, John Hillebrandt; nieces, Kelsey Gage, Stephanie Gardner, Priscilla Gardner and three-great nephews, Aiden, Thomas and Braiden.
A Celebration of Tom's Life will be held privately at a later date.
The family requests that contributions in Tom’s memory be made to Frazier Rehab Center.
