She is survived by her husband, Gregory Dennis; children, Samantha and Sam, Jr., Pitts and Ebony Jefferies, grandson, Antonio Evans, Jr.; her mother, Velva Jean Hume; father, James Gettelfinger; stepfather, Larry Hume; three sisters, Lorena Gettelfinger, Angel Gonzalez Hume(Ismel), and Jessica Wilson; brothers-in-law, Alvin, Donnell, Dave , Clay, and Larry; sisters-in-law; Patricia, JoAnn, Yvonne, Shirley, and Ann; uncles, Chester Sizemore, Charles Sparkman, Rusty (Vickie) Sizemore; and aunts, Brenda(Dave) and Anita(Ivan) Rochner.

Visitation will be 2 to 7 PM on Friday November 14, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana) with service to follow at 7 PM.
