Timothy Ray Perkins

Timothy Ray Perkins, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025.

He was born on September 26, 1966 in Louisville, Kentucky to William and Linda Perkins. Tim is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Perkins, his mother, Linda Mae Perkins, grandparents, Harry and Narvel Nealy, his mother in-law Debora Einhouse and his special friends, Bubby, Jay and Sydney.

Tim is survived by his loving family; father, William T. Perkins, Jr., children, Amber Perkins (Will), Katie Roach, Tyler Perkins and Ashley Perkins, granddaughter, Alura Hux, siblings, Angela Krogulski (Bobby) and Scott Perkins (Amanda), nephews, Bobby Lee, Justin and James, brother and sister in-law, Charles Einhouse and Mary Wise (Chris), as well as a slew of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Tim was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. His family meant everything to him; whether simply watching tv together, playing cards, cooking his favorite food for them, singing in the car with them or telling his best "dad joke", he cherished every moment they all got to spend together. Tim had a big heart, always putting others needs before his own. He had a loving heart that extended far beyond his immediate family; his care and forgiveness was shown to all who were fortunate enough to be around him. Tim had an infectious larger than life personality that people were constantly drawn to. Once they got to truly know him, they ended up admiring his true love of life even in the wake of all his struggles; his grit and tenacity are to be forever acknowledged and respected.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 12th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A service celebrating Tim's life will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, at the funeral home.
