Timothy James Eisenback, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020.
He was born on June 5, 1961 in Louisville, KY and was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Geraldine (Humpich) Eisenback.
Tim is survived by his wife, Stephanie Eisenback; sister, Kathy Jenkins (Alan); brothers, Joe Eisenback (Ronda), Michael Eisenback, and Pat Eisenback (Connie); daughter, Sarah Martin (Jeremy); son, Matthew Durbin (Ana); daughter Katie Eisenback (Joey Sexton);grandchildren, Alexis, Payton, Elijah, Benjamin and Sophia,;and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be at 6:00 pm, Monday, February 3, 2020 at Springdale Community Church, 4601 Springdale Rd, Louisville, KY 40241. Private burial for family will be Tuesday, February 4, at Evergreen Cemetery.
