Timmy Parkerson , 52, of Louisville passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Timmy loved to race cars and won several championships at the Louisville Motor Speedway. He also enjoyed watching races at Churchill Downs, weather in person or on his computer. He collected a wide variety of Derby memoribilla and was known to give great Tip Sheets to folks going to watch a race.

He was born on August 31, 1966 in Louisville to Danny and Edith (McKinney) Parkerson . He is preceded in death by his Father, Danny Lee Parkerson.

Timmy is survived by Daughters, Brittany Parkerson and Ashley Hargrove, Mother, Edith Gayle Parkerson, and Girlfriend, Lori Hilbert

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, November 3rd and 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 4th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 3:00 pm on Sunday at the funeral home with cremation services to follow.
